Meet Parker
Hello! My name is Parker Cermak, and I am born and raised in Bemidji Minnesota. I've lived here all my life, and love the natural beauty that northern Minnesota has to offer.
I have an absolute blessing of a girlfriend Alyssa, and spend a lot of our time taking walks and four wheeling together throughout the spring, summer, and fall.
During the winter months, we tend to spend a lot of time at our condo at Giants Ridge ski resort, also we enjoy visiting family and friends in Florida.
In 2021 Celeste Cermak (my mom) and I joined together as a team to help serve our buyers and sellers.

With that, we started investing very much into our marketing and exposing our sellers properties as much as possible. Including different themes of staging decor, agent open houses, public open houses, and of course our video listing tours.
In early 2024, Matthew Vickaryous joined Team Cermak to better serve our sellers and buyers even more. Offering more flexible showing scheduling, and more open houses.
