I am so happy with Team Cermak realty group. Living out of state when your selling is a huge challenge however this team goes over and above on making this a positive experience. We closed on time even with the challenges of the storm on June 20th, 2025. Parker worked with companies to give bids on storm damage, tree removal etc. I highly recommend Team Cermak if you are selling or buying a home. They are hard working and will make your dreams come true.
